Up School is On!

"Up School" is an education conducted annually by the KODAF aimed at improving the work force and empowerment of practitioners of disabled organizations, and the education is open to all practitioners of disability organizations nationwide. The training will begin in early May and will be held six times a year until October.
In particular, in the case of the job basic syllabus to break the first start of education, a real-time interactive online lecture will be conducted as part of sociophysical distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is a class that allows immediate feedback such as discussion and communication by utilizing a real-time remote education platform to conduct video lessons between instructors and students.
Participants are those who have less than one year of experience in DPOs (even those with more than one year of experience) who are eligible to apply for the purpose of improving core job skills in four areas.
