연구목적
본 연구에서는 최저주거기준미달가구 해소를 위해 첫째, 최저주거기준미달가구의 소득 및 주거부담 등 경제적 특성을 분석하고, 정부에서 시행하고 있는 주거지원정책을 분석하여 최저주거기준미달가구 해소 측면의 문제점을 도출하고 둘째, 정부에서시행하고 있는 주거지원 프로그램을 중심으로 최저주거기준미달가구의 소득수준을 고려한 정책개선 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 그리고 현 주거지원프로그램 외에 최저주거기준의내용, 정책대상 연계 등 지원체계 측면의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
